Question: Is there any way to squeeze a “c” between the s and the h?

by general borschevsky on Oct 10, 2008 10:49 AM EDT reply actions

Don't be

so anal!

How anal are we allowed to be? Obviously I’ve crossed some sort of Anal-Line but I’m really in unfamiliar territory. Maybe somebody with experience at being the right amount of anal could set some clear peramiters.

Nik “the Stick” scored one of the biggest Leaf goals in our modern history. I wouldn’t be doing him justice as his namesake if I didn’t mention he deserves a “c”.

Good point. Although I heard someone call Antro that the other day and it upset me.

At least

Your shutout isn’t as embarrasing as the Flames being shut out.

The Flames were remarkably flat.

But the Canucks were playing for Bourdon, and it was clear they wanted it more.

Extending the SPG over three periods just gives me that many more chances to be wrong.

I'm not really sure where else to put this

But I got a second one in on Damien’s blog th is morning:

“1967/41 years in every article you write about the Leafs? By this point I think everyone is aware of how long it’s been since the Leafs raised the Cup, and it’s long since stopped being an interesting point for actual Leafs fans.”

I pledge during this election season that I will not stop posting this exact comment until they stop allowing me to do so, or until all references to 67/41 have been expunged from the Star’s writers repertoire.
