It is physically impossible for me NOT to commence drinking a substantial – and possibly dangerous – amount of beer right now.

We need a goalie and some defense. Ugh.

WTF?
Cujo looks like he’s stumbling – quite frequently – when he moves from side to side.

Yikes.
Better alert the local constabulary, if that’s the case.

Grabs got filled in
by Slater – Grabs had his head down. He had a bad habit of doing that when he played for Hamilton. Hendrick is saying he’s just got the wind knocked out of him.

I thought it was a little much when Ron Wilson shook the Thrasher player’s hand after he did that…

Yes
Blake nailed! Leafs get a powerplay and I hope he’s hurt.
Win-win.

horrible. Career over, Cujo.

Sad to say it; the guy was a genius for us first time around. But right now he’s like my drunk uncle, bottle of fifty in hand, at the family wedding insisting that he can too still sing. Not so much.

Even as we speak, Pogge is thinking up his excuse: “Oh, didn’t I mention it? I’ve got…uh….ruptured ovaries. Can’t play.”

just throw in a stupid hollweg penalty and we have a hattrick of nightmare fuel

Wait for it.
Three goal deficit + losing streak + restless fans at ACC + caveman Hollweg = silliness soon to come.

Imagine Burkes first job is to deal with a media reacting to a team playing this way?

If I were Burkie, I’d have an extra helping of pumpkin pie and an extra dollop of whipped creame I got on the plane. ‘Cause that ain’t going to be fun.

This has to be the worst I’ve seen the Leafs play under Wilson…they are horrendous in their own end.

Not a good sign.
Scramble in front – I think Kulemin had his stick stolen out of his hands while he was fishing for the puck. Not good.

Goal from behind the net. Possibly off Schenn.

Oh double Kee-rist.
Atlanta should have just scored another. Cujo was in the corner doing the floor routine and somehow the Thrashers couldn’t punch it home. We stink tonight; worse than the Montreal game at Thanksgiving.

It seems like ever since that
save by Hedberg on Grabovski, the Leafs just tanked.
