Yeeeeeeeeeeeep. Carter exploded and Kaberle withered. If the Leafs pulled the trigger on that deal (which seemed even at the time), everyone would be talking about what a genius Fletcher was.

I guess since it was Kaberle’s NTC that ruined the deal that Fletch is still pretty smart.
