I think Avery will be the example teams around the league will use to keep potential problem players in line. To some degree he’s a scapegoat of the organization, but at the same time a team that is struggling really has no use for someone who might cause strife in the dressing room.
Definitely a cautionary tale for potential agitators about where to draw the line!
