You know what Chemmy, you aren’t going to ruin this for me by wishing for such horrible things. I just got a bunch of Leafs stuff for Christmas and how dare you be all “ZOMG TAVARES BONER!” Ok he is rad and all but whatever. I hate the forced sucking mentality.

I’m on board with Tavares. Though I never got off, per se, I just professed my love for MAGNUS (!!) far more often. I’m sure we can trade Toskie for first overall, so no tanking involved, wrap and co.

I think the Islanders and Tampa might be tough for anyone to beat on the tanking front, though. Toronto looks a little too competent to drop that far unless their talent is strip-mined after the new year sometime.

The crowd went completely bonkers, it was magic – not to mention it was awesome to see Copps packed for hockey again.
