Matt Stajan got hit in the eye with a soccer ball before practice, and missed the skate with "fuzzy vision". Mike Van Ryn now has a concussion and will be out until it clears up. It's a little ridiculous that Kostopolous got three games for a hit that's taken one of our best D men out for two months now.

The Capitals aren't without injuries either:

Washington has won seven of their last eight and are 14-1-1 at home. Hopefully the hardworking Leafs show up, not the lazy Leafs.
