PrintMatt Stajan got hit in the eye with a soccer ball before practice, and missed the skate with "fuzzy vision". Mike Van Ryn now has a concussion and will be out until it clears up. It's a little ridiculous that Kostopolous got three games for a hit that's taken one of our best D men out for two months now.
The Capitals aren't without injuries either:
Washington has won seven of their last eight and are 14-1-1 at home. Hopefully the hardworking Leafs show up, not the lazy Leafs.

There is only so much you can do to stop the scoring. Quinn’s trying but the kids are just too damn good.

shoulda had that PP goal at the side of the net. I can’t believe he missed on that.
Good job by the Kazakh goalies, especially Yankov. Poor kid looked exhausted after the second period. He shoulda been player of the game for them.
