According to Rob Del Mundo at TMLFans.ca Jay Harrison is making his way to Switzerland. At least, unless the Leafs offer him a contract before July 15th. Harrison was a monster for the Marlies last year but the fact that he would have had to clear waivers to get to the big club held him back. He, along with Staffan Kronwall, are Group VI Free Agents and Cliff Fletcher will have to make decisions on the pair. I actually hung out with Jay's brother a few weeks ago and got the impression that Harrison was pretty fed up with the situation in Toronto but hopefully the arrival of Wilson and the continuing presence of Fletcher can convince the local product to stay and fight for a position with the Leafs.
