did you use a toner? i used to flip between platinum and darker colors all the time. we used this toner (con’t remember the name) that would pull all the color out if it was left after the bleach…

I just used a box color from the drugstore. I was nervous because it wasn’t my usual brand/color. I am bummed it’s not platinum, but it will be a process.
I have never needed a toner for the box color I use. Herbal Essences XL0. BAM.
