It was a pretty huge day for the entire world today but it was made doubly special for Leaf fans with this incredible revelation:
Damien Cox posted a reply in the comments to his 'blog'!
Nevermind that he lies about how the anti-fighting forces used Don Sanderson's tragic death to forward their agenda. At least he's replied. This cannot end well for him. As a start, head over and remind him of how he used Sanderson's death as an opening for pushing his agenda.

He responded to one last week regarding Sundin as well. I thought it was fake at first, but then I remembered that Cox has to approve all of his comments and probably wouldn’t allow someone pretending to be him. Speaking of which, Till left a comment last week congratulating Cox on his MOY victory. Never approved, for some reason.
Anyway, now that Cox has started responding to his readers, is WCHH next?
Oh man,
This is amazing. Well done, Mr Jorn. Insanely Beautiful.

I can’t believe he is doing it.
I left him a comment congratulating him on moving to a ‘real’ blog as opposed to a dumping ground for his failed articles.

That's why

Wow, how Web 2.0-y of him.
I’m on a streak of something like 10 straight comments to his blog not getting published.

You should cross-post them to DGB, so even if he doesn’t publish them we can have a look.

Like the guy that made it his mission to be the ESPN commenter of the day!

Wow...
I go away for three days and return to find out that Cox is commenting on his blog?
This is unreal. For some reason, I don’t believe it.

I just noticed a lot of Jeff Carter comments going unanswered…

I can see the logic in filtering/approving his comments, but Damien Cox is really just cementing his role as information dictator. Since he only publishes comments he approves of anyway, he’s only going to respond to comments that he’s already formulated a response to well in advance.
Though judging by his answer, balanced viewpoints certainly don’t extend to his comments either. To be honest, I think it’s an exercise in futility for Cox.
I don’t doubt that 90% of the comments on a column like that are garbage. I don’t blame them for having some moderation.
I just wish I could play too…

You would think he’d let any comment in with an Ottawa-based IP through assuming that it would be a sycophant.

hahaha
I’d kill to have him reply to something here.
