The Leafs have taken 5 of a possible 6 points against The Dynasty That Never Was, and I'm excited about that.

Repressed Optimism has a piece titled "How the Mighty Have Fallen" but it's about Ottawa so I can't figure out who the "Mighty" refers to.
Old Guys in Blue and White have discovered Jaime Sifers' magical invisibility ability.

see the Viking’s death-grip on Ruutu? He completely disabled and incapacitated him with a single hand! It was like he was using some ancient mystical power that slowly forced Ruutu down to his knees and then on to his back. I was seriously worried Frogren was going to go too far and kill him.

Ruutu had the look of pure terror on his face, it was golden, then Ruutu struck the “I’m fucked” spread eagle on the ice and Frogren took pitty on him
