Both of Crosby’s PP goals tonight have come from the exact same spot on the ice.

I was playing 09 until yesterday. I lost the Cup Final to the Flames because Giguere couldn’t stop a beachball and Kiprusoff was amazing. I just started Be a Pro in NHL 10 and got drafted first overall by the coyotes. Too bad I can’t holdout.

I’m a huge advocate for giving the kids playing time and sheltering them from the tough minutes, but I’m starting to feel like this is 2005-06 all over again and the team isn’t going to win until all the dead wood is injured and the kids get called up for their shot.

has always struck me as a guy who SHOULD be good and LOOKS good but isn’t actually.

He’s too old to have yet to break out into a PPG type player. I think he’ll be a solid 60-point 2nd liner. But he’s not a core guy, to me.

Can’t say I’ve watched a lot of Panthers games lately, but he’s been moved back and froth between C and RW. Couldn’t say which he’s at more often now.

Yes he's played a bunch of Centre

but he often plays the Wing with Weiss. He scored 31 goals at the age of 21… that’s pretty fucking good…

and since when is 24 too old to have a breakout year?

He’s played for Florida for his entire career… so what if he’s only had 30 goals once… that’s more than Ponikarovsky has had ever in his career… and he’s my favourite Leaf these days.

The Leafs PK is godawful

Which makes no sense given the penalty killers on the team… which leads me to the conclusion that something is sorely wrong with them NOT having a fucking captain.

They don’t listen to Wilson, and there’s nobody leading the team internally.

That Kubina-Exelby trade's looking like crap now

I thought the new additions this season were going to bring toughness but the Leafs still look soft and lethargic out there. But the Leafs have been outhit and outhustled pretty much the whole season.
