Exactly. Garrioch has zero credibility and is a complete joke.
Those penalties mentioned for tampering are upper limits, meaning the NHL can go that high if the tampering is particularly bad. Wilson comments while ill-advised were hardly evidence that the Leafs were trying to go after the Sedins. Basically the Leafs were fined for Wilson making a dumb comment, and anyone who sees any sort of conspiracy angle or thinks the Leafs got off light is an idiot.
Being a Leaf fan here requires one to be sufficiently lubricated... and truculent!
