This Just In!
- Remember folks; if it isn't mentioned in the FTB then it didn't happen. So the big news from yesterday is the Marlies taking on and taking out the Adirondack Phantoms, three to nothing.
- Sigh, alright - if you must. Not much in the way of review from the action at the HSBC Arena, Norman James Sports laments the lack of justice and Kavel P did a picture - whilst also bidding a not so fond farewell to the Leafs fanclub, Keswick branch. The opposition view is provided by Die By The Blade.
- Maple Leaf Hot Stove has the new edition of their podcast available.
- Leafs Fan Forever wasn't so impressed with sending the charming Viktor down to the AHL.
- Loser Domi unveils her latest round of LOLeafs over at Barry Melrose Rocks.
- Darryl Boyce makes with the Halloween goodies, as covered by the Hockey Writers.
- Behind The Net crunches some numbers on losing streaks.
- And finally today, the ever-fragrant Wyshynski takes a look at who might be spending Christmas out of a job in the NHL.
- UPDATE: Somny's been at the scanner again and more Vintage Leafs is the result.

So bummed. Yet again, I was very disappointed with the officiating. The call on Kaberle for the phantom hook was one of the worst ones this season.
The Leafs have dominated each team on this road trip and still only have 4 points to show for it. Obviously, this team still lacks a finisher (breaking news, I know).
Defense is playing better. Schenn had his best game of the season last night.

1-0-2 in our last three, both OTLs being fairly low scoring, seems like things are turning around. If only we had someone who could score goals though…

If we kept up a 1-0-2 pace over 82 games that’s 110 points, just saying.

That said, we won’t get 1.33 points per game for the rest of the season so

surprise surprise...
the Star has a story about the Leafs trading away the pick that became cammaleri. how topical! i guess they didn’t read my post about leafs trade history. If they had, they’d know that Quinn already had a 2001 2nd round pick (acquired in the Sylvain Cote trade) when he traded TO’s 2001 2nd for Aki Berg. TO picked Karel Pilar at 39th, LA took Cammaleri at 49th.
i rarely go look at articles at the star anymore, and i remember why. laziest f-ing ‘reporters’ around.

Make a reply to this and use the link button, then copy and paste it in.
You can even use the preview button to check if it’s right or not.
