How many 200+ game Leafs can you name in 20 minutes?
I went in with a goal of getting half of the 159 names, and fell just short with 75 (although I'm giving myself credit for 76, since I don't think anyone can realistically be expected to correctly spell "Ihnacak".)
I missed #5, and three of the top ten. But I did get Chad Kilger. I think something is wrong with me.
Prediction: 1967ers will get all 159 before the ten minute mark.

97/159
I was desperately trying to break 100 in the last minute or so. Probably could have done it if I weren’t such a slow typer.
Most obscure player that I got: Bill Juzda.
gonna try tonight when i get home. Interested to see how many i can get.

108. Had 81 at the 10-minute mark and just hit a wall. Only one I missed in the top 20 was Domi.
Leaf, the universe and everything.
Also, I typed in “Mogilny” about three dozen times and even opened a new window to google his stats while the timer was still going.

72
(73 with generous judges… got spelling’d on Krushelnyski).
I got all of the bottom 4. Patting msyelf on the back for remembering Darby Hendrickson. A number of embarrassing misses (most embarrassing of which was Mahovlich), but I’m chalking those up to not thinking under pressure. Most of my misses were early 80s or earlier, which I’m okay with.
Leafs Rumination: hockey and sesquipedalianism.
I’ve only been on this earth since ‘87 so I think anything before about 1994 (when I can first remember watching hockey games) is excusable for me, outside of the legends who everyone should know. I do remember Darby Hendrickson though, and I didn’t get him, so that is one I should have had.

My worst misses were Yushkevich and Tucker along with the above-mentioned Domi.
Leaf, the universe and everything.
Yeah, I think Tucker was the last guy that I got. Very nearly missed him, even though I had the crappy guy we traded for him (Mike Johnson) pretty early on.

81...on Kessel day no less
My brain farts were Teeder, Turnbull, Shack, Horner, Day, Henderson and Palmateer who I kept thinking of but I drew a blank when it came to his name. Got most of the ones from my era (late 80s and up).

I got a sexy number
69. Tee hee.
Kind of embarassed at some of the ones I missed.
Also for some reason I was convinced Sylvain Lefebvre was on that list.
leaf fan stuck in ottawa, still. Now truculently rebranded!
I told a friend about this last night while we were watching the game. I led with “want to hear a stat that will make you want to hang yourself?” (referring to Hoglund having more games than Roberts, which I discovered through this). He enthusiastically replied “sure!” We’re Leaf fans all right.
