I guess it was my bad. Just because the link is spelled right doesn’t really prove much though. That mistake gets made all the time. Lots of SBN blogs do it. Cutting and pasting is a pretty convenient way to get around realizing you made a mistake, so I figured that’s what happened. Plus, it was really only a cheap attempt on my part to be able to shoehorn “Schultz for Team Canada” back into the discussion. I figured you knew better. My bad.

I wonder what Blake would have to do to get benched? By the looks of it, he has to personally kill someone Burke loves. He must be desperate to get rid of that contract by the only means necessary, through hope that he plays well enough to warrant including him in a trade for say, Gigeure.

I know I haven’t played for the Leafs for a really long time, but I just wanted to stop by and give you some encouragement.
I really appreciate all the support the fans gave me during my time here and hope you continue to support the Leafs with all of your heart.
This team is struggling now, but I am sure Mr. Burke and Mr. Wilson will turn it around within the next few seasons.
I have to go now as I am relieving Atlas shortly. I have been subbing for him on the occasional Saturday night. Everyone needs a break now and then.

I struck it out… I’ve never really liked Blake, and I’m predisposed to liking American born players. He’s just not very good and I don’t see how it wasn’t obvious that his contract year was a fluke.

Hopefully Beauchemin is up to the task of shutting down Ovi again. He did an awesome job last time, in fact it was quite similar to what Boston has been able to do with Kessel.
Tosk played great against them last time and despite the loss on Thursday he has been playing his best hockey since I don’t know when.
