PPP Dictionary: "Back in November, When it Mattered"

During an Ottawa Senators/Leafs game, Coach Ron Wilson questioned the legality of Jazon Spezza's stick (BCWW). Turns out, the stick was, in fact, too skinny (TWSS.) The Leafs went on to win that game.

In a post game press conference, Howard Berger asked Wilson if he knew Spezza had been using a too thin stickk all season (Wilson had.) Berger then asked why Wilson didn't challenge the stick "Back in Novmber, when it mattered"

"Back in November, when it mattered" has quickly become a favourite, versatile phrase in the Barilkosphere. Examples:

"i wish that joke was around in november, when in mattered" (jaredfromLondon)

"you guys should have beaten this joke into the ground in November, when it mattered" (Koopa Kid)

"I wish I had a birthday in November when it would have mattered." (General Borschevsky)
