Chatty Cathy is the off topic thread of Pension Plan Puppets. This is where discussion of almost anything (provided it's reasonably Safe for Work.)  While Jammies and Sexypants like a good joke, the threads were getting a bit bogged down with quote wars, innuendo duels, inside jokes and wandering topics of discussion. Chatty Cathy is the place (along with game day threads, that are kind of like our version of international waters, minus the monkey knife fights) where odd conversations take place. 

If the thread gets to over 300 comments, I usually try to do an overflow thread, where talk continues.
