My second favorite part is watching who casually skates in after the play and picks up the puck- I swear OLAS was perfectly assured in his wisdom that that puck wasn’t going in, and therefore let it happen so that the Monster’s legend could begin.

The video does not do justice to the insanity that followed that save. People spent the next 20 minutes saying variations of “I CAN’T BELIEVE THAT FUCKING SAVE!!! MONSTER!”

It was like a Pierre McGuire sound-alike contest…and I didn’t care.
