Judge Baum has ruled, and he has denied both Balsillie's and the NHL's bids at the team. See article above for full story. It looks like Baum is basically saying that if the NHL fixes a few things in their bid, that they will most likely be awarded purchase of the team, and that Balsillie issues with relocation are too great to surpass.
