Komi returns to practice but not after meeting with famed shoulder specialist Dr. James Andrews recently to determine if he will require surgery. There's no word about the outcome of the appointment and there's still a chance he could return this weekend. But any consult with Andrews sounds ominous -- he's famous for Tommy John, rotator cuff and labrum surgeries on pitchers and other baseball players. And those visits rarely go without surgery.
