I just saw on Sportsnet, that Burke won't pick up Kovalchuk for the money he's asking. Is Toronto trying to build through the draft, do they not want a mercenary-esque Russian sniper on their team messing with the chemistry, or is he simply too expensive?

If its money, then why pay Jeff Finger so much money? Or is Burke simply holding his tongue? GIVE ME ANSWERS.

As a Canucks fan I want Kovalchuk to go to an Eastern team so the Canucks don't have to see him very often.
