Welcome back to Hockey Night in Canada. The Leafs are the big broadcast tonight which has to make advertising salesmen at the CBC breathe a sigh of relief. Because of what can only be described as his extremely crapulent performance Brett Lebda sits for Carl Gunnarsson tonight. Let's all take a moment and thank God, Buddha, Wendel, or whoever.
Unfortunately we can't win 'em all. For some unknown reason Mike Zigomanis, hero of the people, will sit for John Mitchell. I think it's time Mitchell got into the lineup but I would have pulled Tim Brent personally.
Jean-Sebastien Giguere is between the pipes tonight across from Brian Boucher as the Leafs look to get back to their league leading ways.
