It looks like someone stuck an industrial strength air compressor hose in his mouth, plugged his nose and ears, and put about a million psi of pressure to his face… his cheeks and jaw are ridiculously puffed out! Look how small his nose, mouth, and ear look in comparison to the lower half of his face. It’s unbelievble!
