Ryan Miller has returned from injury per James Mirtle which would be just our luck. His season so far has been fairly pedestrian: 14GP and a .909 save percentage. Because we've seen this before however I have no doubt that Miller will be on his usual A+ game against Toronto. Last season he played six games against the Leafs stopping 223 of 234 shots to end with a 0.953SV% and a shutout.

With Giguere still out Jonas Gustavsson will continue starting. He enters tonight's game with a .922 save percentage in nine games played. Luca Caputi will get into the game tonight with Mike Brown out from getting hit in the beanbag in practice.

Buffalo has 19 points like the Leafs but have played three more games. This is going to be a hard fought game as I'm guessing Buffalo doesn't want to fall out of the playoff race before December. We'll need our defense and goaltending to hold the line as they've done so many times this season and we'll need to pray to our non-denominational god for some offense.
