they are not the only two players for the leafs who are game changers playing in the olympics and with the way the schuedle is. im afraid they will be worn out by the end of the season

…the “stretch run”? On the Leafs? This year? As in, like the “stretch of time running up to the playoffs?”

Sounds like they’re going to annouce that he’s out and let us know who his replacement will be.
I’m thinking it’s either Scuderi or Carle. Probably Scuderi.

damn, we really needed him for experience on the blue line cuz our blue line is very young

Schenn and Gunnarson are the only two with less than 4 years’ experience in the NHL, I wouldn’t say it’s all that young.

anyone else find it interesting...
…that we’re more likely to find out the status of komisarek’s health from team USA than from the Leafs or the media horde that “covers” them?
Bitter Leaf Fan: because sometimes there's no option but to be bitter...
For this specific instance, Team USA and the Leafs are the same thing (well, at least partially), but otherwise yes, you’re right. You’d think if there was a real story here the Toronto media would be on that, but maybe I’m overestimating them.
