Is Robert L of "Habs Eyes on the Prize" as big a homer as Jack Edwards?
Go to the bottom of the article where he defends the Maxim Lapierre "hit" (I use that term loosely) on Scott Nichol. I don't know if he is, but I think he gives Jack a run for his money.

It's strange
Sometimes he’s really good about it. Especially in giving the Leafs credit for working so much harder than the Habs and having more character.
And sometimes he’s not.
Just a normal fan I guess.

Reminds me of myself for when I used to defend Toskala. Thank God those days are over.

I almost always enjoy Robert’s material. He can be quite critical of the Habs which I always thoroughly enjoy.
He is stuck in stinky Cornwall from what I know so cut him some slack. I thought it was illegal, or at least immoral, to be a Habs fan if one lived in Ontario though?
Perhaps we should report him to Leaf Nation’s police services?
Cornwall has a rather significant number of Leaf fans. There may be more of them than Habs fans…although I can’t confirm this. And *NSNES? Forget #1, they’re not even #2 here.
We’ll just keep him under close watch ;)
Truculence...starting 10/1/09
You’d be shocked to travel to Windsor. If I had to take a stab at it I’d break down hockey fans like this:
Toronto: 35%
Detroit: 35%
Montreal: 20%
Other: 10%
Habs/Wings game at the Joe are about 70% Habs fans and 30% Wings fans.

Cornwall doesn’t stink anymore – you need to have industries for that to happen.

Agree with you PPP.
Robert always writes that he is terrified of his team facing the Leafs because we always play them hard and to the death.
I actually thought Toskalol was going to have a big year for us this year Belligerent Burkie so don’t feel bad. I trumpeted Toskalol and his virtues to Hab-loving friends in Montreal etc…., and predicted a huge bounce back year this year after his surgeries last summer. Man, was I wrong! Thank God those days are over indeed sir.
I personally don’t this this play was really bad, Lapierre gives him a little shot and Nichol dives into the boards. Its pretty evident its a dive from the fact that he is able to turn sideways before hitting the boards, so it isnt dangerous, and by the fact that he gets up and starts yelling for a call while holding his arm.
Phaneuf Phever, an upgrade in skill and alliteration!
the answer is, NO ONE is a bigger homer than Jack Edwards
except maybe Sens_Suck

Can someone other than Phil Kessel score a goal please? Unless he magically turns into Ovechkin, the stat keepers are going to have it easy when keeping track of Leaf games for the rest of the season
