Dion Phaneuf sealed the deal in overtime on a beautiful pass by Christian Hanson (2G 1A , SHG) who played the best game of his life. JS Giguere stopped 34 of 37 in front of his hometown crowd and the Leafs grabbed two points from their oldest rivals and won the season series 3-0-3 to Montreal's 2-1-3.
But because the game went to overtime the Montreal Canadiens can celebrate their third straight trip to the postseason.
