PPPers > Bob Dylan...?

Once upon a time, a long, long time ago some hep cat (that's still cool, right?) recorded a Leafs song.  He did it for the fans.  The little people.  You.  And him.  He's a little person too.

With the help of the (not so) long gone, but divinely inspired Winkle, words were written celebrating the Leafs of the upcoming 08-09 season.  Winkle's prose was put to song, and a joyous anthem was born!  However, sadly, with the passage of time, the names have changed.

And that, dear PPP reader, is where you come in.

Please use this post to put your ode to the Leafs (to the tune of Weezer's "My Name Is Jonas".)  For those not so lyrically inclined, do your part and vote for your favorites.  I'll take either the highest vote getting complete set of lyrics, or in case of a tie, pieces of each.

Oh, one more thing.  It most definitely is starting with the refrain "My name is Jonas, and I'm carrying the team (or Leafs...)"
