James Reimer vs. Johan Hedberg
It's finally here Leafs fans: the debut of Joffrey Lupul. I know you woke up this morning in your Leafs underoos just quivering in anticipation of seeing a guy like Lupul trip the light fantastic. Well it's time.
The Devils are on a really strong run right now. They have one regulation loss in their last thirteen games (10-1-2, 846 pts%). The Leafs, meanwhile, are without their #1 defender in both TOI and quality of competition. One sincerely hopes that recent callup Keith Aulie, who will be playing on the top pair with Dion Phaneuf, steps fluidly into Francois Beauchemin's shoes and murders Ilya Kovalchuk.
James "Prime" Reimer starts after a good outing against the Islanders, setting up Giguere for the start Saturday in Montreal. For the Devils, Johan Hedberg has 24 starts with an .895 save percentage. Martin Brodeur is out with an upper body injury but I called a doctor friend to help us understand the diagnosis. Follow us over the jump for insider info.

"It's clear that Mr. Brodeur suffers from being way too old and fat to be an NHL goalie. He should have retired while he wasn't the butt of old people jokes like Patrick Roy."
You heard him folks. Go Leafs go.
