Nazem Kadri Fights Sergei Shirokov
The kid we want took exception to a flop by Sergei Shirokov and chucked knucks with the Canucks' prospect. Love hearing Mike Brennan yelling at him to keep throwing. Wasn't a great fight, one punch landed from each, but it was a nice show of truculence.

Good. This only means his confidence is up. Or that he hates Shirokov’s guts. Props to the kid, he’s growing.

He’s a rat.
Cyril: I'm not sure that's technically irony.
Archer: What? This is like O. Henry and Alanis Morissette had a baby and named it this exact situation!
I live in Vancouver - my facebook link of this fight reads...
“Soft, wimpy, wash-out Canucks prospect(?) Sergei Shirokov fights blue-chip Maple Leafs prospect and future superstar Nazem “Brown Chuck Norris” Kadri during a surging Toronto Marlies 5-3 road win over the slumping Manitoba Moose."
