The Leafs finished last season against Montréal, winning 4-2, and they open the next season on October third in the same fashion.
The all new Montréal Canadiens, now with a New and Improved offence to go with their remodelled defence, will roll into town for this Wednesday night game.
The Leafs won’t stick around for too long, however, they get to be the guests for Chicago’s home opener on Sunday, October 7.
