But neither did you.

Boosh!

It's like christmas morn!

Now.. What are the Rangers chances to sweep the Habs? Looks like that series is going to be 2nd round.. That would make best (Leafless) playoffs evar!

Rangers - Habs

The way the Habs are playing I could easily see them getting tossed aside by the Rangers. If the Bruins has Drury and Gomez this series would be 3-1 Bruins.

Four for the price of one

If the Leafs had won the last game against the Ottawa homoerotics, we wouldn't have had so much fun watching them writhe in pain, four times.  Who said the Leafs didn't have a plan?  Talk about a silver lining!

Long-term

People want the Leafs to think long-term and when they do people get upset.

Looks like their plan worked out brilliantly.

well

I was talking to PPP about how the last three times (before the last game they played) the Leafs and Sens played, Ottawa went on huge losing streaks.

The Leafs would have blown out Ottawa, but then the Sens may have missed the playoffs. The Leafs had to lose so Ottawa would have the opportunity to lose four games in a row.

Oh Yeah!

Chemmy totally predicted the 5 game losing streak after the Leafs' loss!

Dammit, I wish I had kept the message.

By the way..

I didn't get to see most of the games, but the penguins looked damn strong. They are going to be a scary team for quite a few years with that group they got there, even if Malkin does eventually leave. Yoikes!

Hm.. mebbe the leaf can prepare an offer sheet for malkin now? :D

Malkin

I was talking about that the other day with some friends. There will definitely be an opportunity to get Malkin or Staal depending on how the Pens handle things.

It'll be a situation to keep an eye on for sure.

Darth Gerber Strikes!

Who knew he was aiming the Death Star at his own team though. Brual goal and I love that Ruutu scored the winner.

Ruutu

It would only have been sweeter scored by Sir Roberts.  But he decided that it would have been unfair to be in the line up as the Sens were having more than enough trouble without him.
