The people that comment and send e-mails to commend Damien on his steering of the Straight Talk Express have to be the most stunned people on the planet. Rather than think that Leaf fans don't get it (and by reading the comments it's pretty clear that they do) why not take the time to actually read what Damien writes instead of rushing to plant your lips to his rear end.

Today he argues that Schenn can't play in Toronto because the mean media will grill him into a ball of mush but a year ago (Oct 22, 2007) here's what Cox had to say:
So the next time you hear a Leaf player talk about how tough it is to play hockey in a city like Toronto, remember how Boston's baseball and football clubs deal with it and recognize such baloney for what it is.
Sounds like he just wants to argue both sides as long as it backs up his point. That's why Leaf fans and people that can read bash Cox.
