Nathan Horton up for Oshawa Generals Honour

+

The Oshawa Generals have online voting open to honour the next member of their Ring of Excellence.

via OshawaGenerals.com:

"John Tavares's spot on the Ring of Excellence has been moved to the rafters. The Oshawa Generals now invite you, the fans to vote in the next great General. Your vote could send a General to be immortalized on the Reliance Home Comfort Ring of Excellence."

The Maple Leafs Nathan Horton is one of the possible candidates. Horton played 136 games for Oshawa from 2001-2003 scoring 74 goals, and 79 assist over regular season and playoffs before being drafted to the Florida Panthers.

Horton deserves this spot just for being the man to get David Clarkson away from the Maple Leafs.
