That usually means, whether people were aware of it or not, he was a boundary player that voters moved others below. But as we'll see next week that phenomenon is spread across the next two on the list as well. No one is very sure about this player in either vote. #### 9 Alex Steeves Higher than on the Official Vote, a lot of people do seem to believe there is a guy ready for the NHL in some capacity here. A very small amount less of the doubting and he'd be in next week's set like he is on the Official Vote. People believe in Greb.
