[2026 T25U25: Tyler Hopkins is #12Hopkins fits a certain kind of player that Toronto has seemed to covet for the past several years, both in the draft and in recruiting free agents from college.![](https://storage.ghost.io/c/34/01/3401a938-f468-4c02-a227-9bc4cc09bad4/content/images/icon/PPP-Goalie-Logo_RGB-bbc69620-8fda-4867-ac51-df229d38681c.png)PPP LeafsBrian S![](https://storage.ghost.io/c/34/01/3401a938-f468-4c02-a227-9bc4cc09bad4/content/images/thumbnail/photo-1719305352176-b0f646081759-179e121e-5d81-4da5-b93b-53b3925fa5a1)](https://www.pensionplanpuppets.com/2026-t25u25-tyler-hopkins-is-12/)

### Community Vote

With a lot of overlap, the two votes have come very close together. With a few notable exceptions.

#### Luke Haymes

At a weighted average of 15.57, Haymes is a full point higher than number 13, Ryan Tverberg. There was a very strong consensus for this ranking as well.

#### Alexander Bilecki

Newly drafted, and coming in at an average ranking of 15.06, this defender is tied with Haymes in an even stronger consensus.

#### William Villeneuve

More and deeper consensus ranked Villeneuve seven spaces higher than on the official vote. His average ranking of 13.36 is a meaningful jump up from the younger Bilecki.

#### Mirolsav Holinka

Continuing the trend of increasing consensus, Holinka has the fewest N/A votes seen so far, and was ranked by most people near his final position. His overall average, however, is virtually tied with Villeneuve at 15.06.

#### Jacob Quillan

More consensus, fewer N/A votes and a full point jump to 11.57, Quillan seems to be a gatekeeper for a lot of people in their voting.

This section of this vote is likely the most "hive mind" I have ever seen. The jumps in rank are noticeable, but not huge, and there is no sign at all of split opinions.

The differences between the two votes are coming into focus, however, with Artur Akhtyamov still to come on the Community Vote and Miroslav Holinka already ranked.

Next week starts on Tuesday after the holiday and we'll see one big jump up in the community vote to number 7 and a whole series of smaller jumps in the official vote. See you then.
