Mark Bell, acquired from San Jose in the Vesa Toskala trade, has [been admitted](http://www.thestar.com/Sports/NHL/article/252871?ref=pensionplanpuppets.com) to the NHL's Substance Abuse and Behavioural Health program and will miss the start of training camp.
