# Guess which Maple Leafs player is going to the  All Star game

After agonizing for hours, the powers that be chose Auston Matthews to represent the Toronto Maple Leafs at this year’s NHL All-Star game.

### Auston Matthews: How are you so awesome?

Matthews leads the team in:

- Points with 35
- Goals with 21
- Time on ice for forwards
- Corsi For percentage for forwards (all situations, Zach Hyman has him slightly beat in five-on-five )
- Vacationing/60/

The All-Star game will be held Sunday, January 29 in Los Angeles, with the skills competition the day before. The format is a three-on-three tournament with teams made up from each division.
