Joffrey Lupul: the early years

See the resemblance?

Hockey Players as Kids is a great follow, if you were previously unaware.

Leo Komarov ejected in final round robin game

Leo Komarov was given a five minute major and a game misconduct for this hit during Finland's game against Russia at the IIHF World Championships. Looks to be a relatively clean hit by NHL standards, but games are called tightly internationally.

Phil Kessel: Nice guy, tries hard, loves the game

Loves the game so much, in fact, he's helping spread it.

Phil Kessel is an outstanding hockey player, and playing in one of the hottest of hockey hotbeds, it's only fair he passes his knowledge along to the kids around.

So that's exactly what he's doing. Be sure to check out his site for more information.

Mike Babcock? Toronto? Manny Legace sure seems to think so

Legace is not only a former Red Wings goalie, but he's pretty involved in Detroit-area hockey, so he might have somewhat of a better idea than the average guy.

And hey, wouldn't that be something for the Leafs?

James van Riemsdyk answers Twitter questions

Among his answers, he said Komarov and Kessel are always glued to each other.

Thank you, from the Toronto Marlies

It ended too soon, but the Toronto Marlies had a fantastic season. So thank you, Marlies - here's to a great 2015-16!

Morgan Rielly is a stud

So the season didn't go the Leafs' way. Not even close. But there's a lot to look forward to on the horizon.

You don't even have to look that far ahead, though. Thanks to Armie58's awesome montage, we can step back and appreciate just how incredible Morgan Rielly already is.
