Dubas is planning to re-tool his supporting cast in Pittsburgh, according to Elliotte Friedman, but is starting with the WBS Penguins.

The Winnipeg Jets have seen a 30% drop in ticket sales over the past three seasons. Gary Bettman is travelling to Winnipeg to speak with corporate sponsors. The Jets aren't the NHL's biggest problem franchise at the moment, but once Arizona gets moved they will be. By the way, the Jets were first in the Central early in the season. They've now dropped to third, but aren't at risk of missing the playoffs.

34-year-old Cody Hodgson, the 10th overall pick of the Vancouver Canucks all the way back in 2008, stepped out of retirement this year and scored his first AHL goal in eight years. Hodgson was 26 in 2016 when he last played for Milwaukee.
