FTB: Maple Leafs play first of four games this season against the Sabres tonight

Get ready Jack Eichel overload.

NHL: All Star Game Reinhold Matay-USA TODAY Sports

Do you remember the Maple Leafs first game of the season against the Sabres? Of course you don’t, unless you’re a time traveler. Some odd NHL scheduling has the first of four games this season set to happen tonight. There will be another three in the next 30 days after that.

So what will happen? Will the Leafs roll over the lowly Sabres, or will this be ‘one of those’ games where a last place team beats the Leafs 7-1?

We’ll find out at 7:30pm tonight.
