[Brooks Laich's](http://www.sbnation.com/nhl/players/54344/brooks-laich?ref=pensionplanpuppets.com) Instagram has been a pretty active place over this summer. A lot of it is typical summer fun activities, but some of them have related to his job over the offseason: working out and keeping in shape so he's ready to play hockey professionally when the time comes again. Earlier, he recommended [wide leg squats to improve skating strides](https://www.pensionplanpuppets.com/brooks-laich-has-workout-advice-for-all-of-us/). Now, it's about handstand walks - they'll help out a lot of parts of your body.

This is cool! But I'm going to pass on the filming myself giving it a try; there's no way that's going to end well.
