Jerry D'Amigo, Toronto's sixth round selection (#158 overall), scored [two power play goals](http://www.usahockey.com/Template%5FUsahockey.aspx?NAV=TU%5F04%5F01%5F06&id=267384&ref=pensionplanpuppets.com) and added an assist on a [Jordan Schroeder](http://www.sbnation.com/nhl/players/71968/Jordan%5FSchroeder?ref=pensionplanpuppets.com) tally in a Team USA 6-0 win over Russia at the 2009 USA Hockey National Junior Evaluation Camp. He finished the camp with four points in four games against Russia.
