As pointed out in this morning's FTB comments the Capitals are 12-2-1 at home. The previously slumping Alexander Ovechkin scored his 11th of the season on Saturday and is likely itching to get back into the scoring race.

The Caps will have last change at home which means the Leafs are going to have to be smart to avoid the Alex Semin - [Niklas Backstrom](http://www.sbnation.com/nhl/players/54727/niklas-backstrom?ref=pensionplanpuppets.com) \- [Alex Ovechkin](http://www.sbnation.com/nhl/players/54337/alex-ovechkin?ref=pensionplanpuppets.com) vs. [Brett Lebda](http://www.sbnation.com/nhl/players/55731/brett-lebda?ref=pensionplanpuppets.com) matchup (if indeed Lebda is playing. Cross your fingers that he's not).

Toronto's penalty kill was great on Saturday night against Boston and the Leafs' power play tied the game with the net empty. With a lack of talent that's how games are going to be won by this team: good penalty killing, staying out of the box to limit the amount of time on the PK and getting everything they can out of the power play.
