It's almost game time! Much like going to the dentist, we have to suffer through watching the Minnesota Wild twice a year. Unlike the dentist, I am not giving you a goofy toy and your choice of dental floss for sitting through this game.

That said, it's an uninteresting match-up on the second leg of a back-to-back, so it's time to bring back a favourite feature called **What Else is On?**

**NFL Thursday Night Football (CBS/SN; 8:00 PM):**

The Detroit Lions host the Green Bay Packers in an NFC North battle with some serious divisional implications. Probably a more important game for a Minnesota sports team than this one, if we're being honest.

**Elf (Global; 8:00 PM):**

I like smiling! Smiling's my favourite!

**The Wiz Live (CITY/NBC; 8:00 PM):**

I'm the Wiz! I'm the Wiz! Nobody beats me because I'm the Wiz!

Okay, so this might actually be more about the Wizard of Oz than reasonably-priced electronics.

**National Security (Peachtree; 8:00 PM):**

Probably my favourite Christmas movie, next to *Die Hard*.

If those options didn't sway you and you're still gonna watch this game, I admire your resolve. Shouldn't be much of a barn burner.

I'll predict a 2-1 shootout win. For who? I don't know.
