# Wednesday's FTB: The Leafs head to elephant country

The Maple Leafs preseason continues today with a game against the Buffalo Sabres at a slightly early start time of 6:30 p.m over in the town [famous for an elephant](https://www.railwaycitytourism.com/jumbo.html?ref=pensionplanpuppets.com), St. Thomas Ontario.

Hockeyville this year is actually West Lorne, which is quite a ways west of St. Thomas along the 401, but they won the contest to get the upgrades to the local arena , however even upgraded that arena isn't capable of hosting an actual NHL game with attendance of any significance, so the days event will happen in St. Thomas instead.
