OK, so Burke is going to want to make the playoffs, and as much as we'd like him to sit tight and just re-sign Grabbo (good gravy, a 2nd and a prospect?), there's still no guarantee he won't make a deal to make this team better going into the playoffs.

As James Mirtle [points out in his most recent article](http://www.theglobeandmail.com/sports/hockey/leafs-beat/maple-leafs-in-for-the-long-haul/article2341455/?utm%5Fmedium=Feeds%3A%20RSS%2FAtom&utm%5Fsource=Hockey&utm%5Fcontent=2341455) however, it's a seller's market:

In this climate, however, with 25-odd teams still believing they have a chance at 16 playoff berths, the buyers once again outnumber the sellers and the asking prices could be far-too high between now and the trade deadline of Feb. 27.
