# Maple Leafs Prospects: Piccinich plays alone

This week we saw a few prospects not play with their usual teams due to international commitments. Marner, Dermott, Timashov, Dzierkals all missed time. Dzierkals is playing this week with Latvia in the Div1 World Jr's, the winner of that tournament moves up to the main group for 2017.

Quite a few players this week went pointless: Cameranesi, Toninato, Donaghy, Korostelev, Herzog, Lindgren, Engvall. Herzog is returning from injury and couldn't put up points on Auston Matthews line. Everyone's on Christmas vacation early it seems.

Bracco shows USA Hockey why he should have been included, potting 4 points in a game.

It's the worst time in the world for prospect watching. Hopefully some take advantage of depleted teams and put up some numbers.
