As per the club's policy of being nice to everyone that has ever worn the Maple Leaf he'll likely get some sort of video and acknowledgement. Probably the most important part to this game is the fact that ex-Sabre Brad May will play his 1,000th career game tonight. May played 425 games with the Sabres before being traded in 1997\. Since then, May has played for five different teams.
