The Memorandum of Understanding is an agreement that both the NHL and NHLPA are close on agreeing to a new collective bargaining agreement. With the MoU signed the NHL season can begin in 2013.

Per multiple sources the NHL schedule for 2013 should be released in under an hour, so check back soon, and trades can happen in two hours though I'd expect they won't be processed until tomorrow morning so no reason staying up.

Training camp begins tomorrow morning.
